Down To Box

Down To Box welcomes individuals ages 14+ with Down Syndrome, Autism, and other unique abilities to participate in a high-energy, non-contact boxing program designed with your needs in mind!

CLASS INFORMATION

Group classes are held weekly on Mondays, 6:00-7:00 PM in our Edgewater Gym (201 S Ridgewood Ave, Suite 13, Edgewater, FL).
We offer a bundled class rate of $110 for 6 classes, or $25 per class.
- If there are financial burdens limiting participation, contact us at 386-314-6673 to discuss potential scholarship opportunities.
Your first class is on us! We encourage you to participate to determine if this is a program you are interested in. Bring some water, closed toed shoes, and be ready for a fun workout!

GETTING STARTED

- If you do not have access to a printer, these forms are available at the gym for your convenience
No boxing gear? No problem! We have a clean supply of loaner gloves within the gym, as well as a small inventory of gloves for purchase. It is highly recommended to use your own gloves for sanitation purposes.
