CLASS INFORMATION

• Class is held in Edgewater, every 2nd & 4th Tuesday from 11am-Noon.

• We offer a bundled class rate of $75 for 4 classes, or $25 per class.

• ​Your first class is on us! We encourage you to participate to determine if this is a program you are interested in. Bring some water, closed toed shoes, and be ready for a fun workout!​​​​​​​
