HEALTH AND FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT

​

Participants must complete a Health and Functional Assessment prior to participation.  The assessment will help to establish the appropriate class for you to attend, and allow us to discuss your ability level, medical history, and any questions you may have about the program. Our goal is to challenge you but not to frustrate you with activity that is too slow or too fast.

 

The $85 ENROLLMENT FEE INCLUDES:
