Down To Box welcomes individuals ages 14+ with Down Syndrome, Autism, and other unique abilities to participate in a high-energy, non-contact boxing program designed with your needs in mind!
Down To Box is a high-energy, engaging, non-contact boxing fitness program specifically designed to for adolescents and adults with Down Syndrome, Autism, and other unique abilities. The class involves a warm-up, conditioning, group work, movement practice and cool down to provide a fun and thorough class.
The structured exercises and boxing techniques learned through these classes help the athletes gain skills in coordination, physical fitness, cognitive skills, endurance, hand-eye coordination, self-confidence, and so much more. Skills learned within the gym are life-long, and provide our athletes the confidence to live their lives to the fullest!​
No previous boxing experience required!
