We are making some adjustments to our program to keep everyone moving, healthy and safe.
At this time our classes will be capped at 8 participants in the Edgewater gym to accommodate social distancing. We will cap at 6 in the Ormond Beach gym. You can go to our link to reserve your desired classes.
We will be taking measures to keep our space disinfected daily and ask for your assistance in taking responsibility for your safety as well by NOT attending if you are not well or if you have come in contact with someone who has been experiencing symptoms of COVID, wearing a face mask into gym, washing hands often and keeping a safe distance, honoring everyone's personal space as designated.
The 60 - 90-minute fee-based workouts are designed to improve overall fitness, strength, reaction time, and balance. Participants will continue to practice footwork, work on their balance, hand-eye coordination, voice projection; use focus mitts, heavy bags, speed bags, and double-ended bags; and enhance conditioning through rope-jumping, core work, calisthenics and circuit weight training.
