The 60 - 90-minute fee-based workouts are designed to improve overall fitness, strength, reaction time, and balance. Participants will practice footwork, work on their balance, hand-eye coordination, voice projection; use focus mitts, heavy bags, speed bags, and double-ended bags; and enhance conditioning through rope-jumping, core work, calisthenics and circuit weight training.
